Roger Wrigley

 

Roger Wrigley is a Chartered Professional Engineer with his Masters and over 20 years of practical experience as a consulting engineer and environmental advocate.  Roger has extensive experience with environmental engineering of facilities for feedlots, piggeries, wastewater treatment and re-use and for factories and farms.  Roger also has extensive experience with the investigation, design and construction supervision of irrigation and drainage schemes including dams and pumping stations and hydrological investigations assessing water storages, flooding and salinization processes.  Roger has been an expert witness at AAT & VCAT tribunals & in County & Supreme Courts, is the author of 8 published books & 60+ scientific papers & reports & has undertaken international work in New Zealand, the USA, Uruguay & Oman. 

 

Cliff Dillon

 

Cliff Dillon is a soil scientist with a Degree in Agriculture Science and 15 years experience in agricultural consulting including soil suitability studies for irrigation suitability, soil/crop compatibility, dam construction and wastewater reuse.  Cliff has practical experience on orchards, nurseries and farms and also has experience in dairy effluent dam suitability and the design for water storages, soil erosion and nutrient control works. Cliff has undertaken numerous Soil and Land Capability Surveys for horticultural developments (involving soil preparation and soil management advice) and projects involving Environmental Impact and Land Capability/Site Suitability Studies including new irrigation developments for vineyards, olive groves, stone fruit, pome fruit and nut projects in most areas of Victoria.  Cliff has a substantial understanding of a vast range of soil types and associated soil uses.

Andrew Morcom

 

Andrew Morcom is tertiary qualified in information technology fields with experience in both software and hardware applications and readily applies this to Wrigley Dillon projects.  Andrew has over 8 years experience as a technical assistant in the field, the lab and in report compilation and now undertakes site investigations in his own right.  Andrew has recently completed his degree in Environmental Science and this complements Wrigley Dillons projects and expertise.
